Good exposure to different areas of the business. Small company with tight knit feel. Very social workplace and environment. Strong market leadership position.

Cons

Extremely overfocused on hitting quarterly revenue numbers at the expense of long range strategy and development. Below market pay and benefits. Limited learning and advancement.

Pros

- Great work/life balance. - Nice people with a family feel. - Great Logitech discount if you buy a lot of their products.

Cons

- Management is old school and is not open to changes. - Most employees have been with the company for a long time, so they are just not motivated and unwilling to change. - Company rarely promotes people from within. - Old buildings and no nice perks to work here. - Horrible HR. I have no idea what their HR does all day. When I was hiring candidates for my Department, I had to call the candidates themselves for the initial screening. - There's no incentive to work hard. You will get the same bonus and pay increase as everyone else even if you work your butt off. - Duplicate Management roles and departments.
