      Pros

      Work isn't too much and can always leave on time. Dynamic company with lots of changes happening in the last year or so.

      Cons

      I was never able to take long holidays during my 2.5 years with Logitech. My manager would turn down my leave request to since her vacation time takes priority to mine! Although workload is ok but you should expect to be stuck doing the same thing since the company does not value job rotation nor career growth...they just need someone to do the job!

      Employee discount on products are good. People are nice.

      Cons

      Very top down. No development opportunities. Management brings in their own people and replace employees already there. Do not follow policy from within. Not a teamwork environment.
