Pros

-> Can work from home quite frequently. Logitech often allows employees to work remotely. -> Intriguing technologies. -> Logitech truly has a dominant market position for most of its major products. -> Compensation really isn't bad. -> The hours are somewhat flexible (except during crunch times). -> There are some exceptionally bright people at Logitech.

Cons

-> Don't pay overtime. -> Performance reviews are missing glaring details. Performance review scheme involves highlighting and focusing on negatives. -> Often fail to recognize and reward excellence in the workplace. -> Software development process is flawed. Release processes are better suited to hardware products. -> There are some exceptionally dumb people at Logitech -- people who are rude, boorish, discourteous, and insulting.

Pros

My pay was decent. The profit-sharing bonuses were nice too.

Cons

In my department, there was a pervasive lack of professionalism. I did not trust my supervisor or upper management. The longer I worked there, the more unethical behavior I saw. They gossiped, played favorites, openly mocked and ridiculed non-click employees, and found ways to punish you if didn't support whatever they did and said. The office was dirty and unkept. They used antiquated, beat-up office furniture, and you had to walk around boxes and junk piled up in every available hallway, nook, and cranny. Their refrigerators were antiquated and rarely cleaned (pew), and they didn't even replace the handles that apparently fell off way back when.

Pros

Family spirit, startup feeling, but already a big company at the same time Great management team, great prospects, great growth story, and products which are fun to make and to use This is also a totally multinational company with people from many many countries, and design offices all over the world. Working in such multi-ethnic environment is very stimulating as you learn everyday from others. Job rotations are also promoted and it allows people to spend time in different locations/or divisions learning new skills The company is also totally focused on customers and trying to improve its products through customer feedback as much as possible

Cons

No downsides, except the fact that we are all very busy. Competition is tough and it keeps the team very active.
