Management shows appreciation through paid lunches, team outtings, off-site meetings. Great profit sharing plan in this very profitable and growing company.

Cons

Some very immature and arrogant employees who need to grow-up.

Logitech has a wonderfully positive environment, where the employees sincerely care about the products and company. In addition, one has a feeling of their responsibilities and valued contribution. The work-life balance is definitely another positive, where managers and peers respect one's daily priorities.

Cons

- Projects not always well defined or thought out from the beginning (though are usually successful) - Fremont location is not the prettiest for a larger-well known corporation.
