-Do more or less , doesn't matter due to most of managers are not knowledgeable what they are doing /talking. Working culture is encouraging - " SPEAKING MORE, DOING NOTHING , THEN GETTING PROMOTION "

Failure to adhere to processes. Passionate people turn into verbally abusive people at times. HR function is WEAK. Redoing things constantly.
