Pros

Great company with a long history. Current CEO has right ideas and driving them to change the company's culture. New hires are mostly awesome people and want to make a change. Benefits are really competitive

Cons

Still a lot of old time, old mentality people are present. They are unwilling to move and change to follow the leadership. Unwilling to learn new technologies and collaborate with new hires. Company needs to go through couple more cleaning cycles before it can truly change its culture. Your success really depends on the team you end up at. If it's one of the new fields, you'll be treated very well and given a lot of opportunities... If the field is very established - get ready to learn some old school techniques.

Big on halloween office decoration Lots of free food

Cons

Too many meetings, that go nowhere most of the time. Office seems to be filled with people who are low paid, and don't do much work. Makes you feel stupid.
