The Culture and Values were great and the working relationships across functional groups was very positive and productive. Excellent colleagues.

Cons

At time of my departure, Management did not have a clue (or din't care) about the employee workload and very little understanding of day to day work details for WW Product launches.

Cons

30+ year old company. RSU offered are very less compared to the industry standard. Forget about work life balance at Logitech. You will end on call with Europe team early morning & late night calls with Asia teams.
