Flat company - Easy to get things done. Lots of opportunity to create new programs, systems, processes and improvements. Super great people. Nice, smart, down-to-earth. Amazing stock performance!

Cons

Lean company - budgets and headcount don't always land where I need them to be. And the work then can get piled on.
