Drive to do better! Emphasis on empowering employees and ofcourse the CEO. The office is located in Newark so the commute is not bad at all.

Cons

No major cons. Provide more transportation options to the Bart.

Logitech is a special place to work with a unique culture that I've never experienced at other companies. So much potential to grow and continue to transform with great products.

Cons

Still growing so not always have the resources you need. But we are hungry and humble.

Pros

Decent pay, great benefits, PTO, good holiday time off and end of year mandatory shutdown to enjoy the holidays. Sometimes flexible hours, depends on your manager.

Cons

Old school mentality & legacy employees aren’t willing to change to make things better. Stuck in the past and not willing to try new things. Management in general is not qualified to be managing people but due to who they kiss up to...they are managers. HR is disorganized and chaotic and not there when you need them. Employees aren’t treated like they are appreciated by management and are supposed to be available 24/7 so there isn’t much work life balance (even though that is one of their selling points.) If you’re not willing to play the popularity game and expect your thoughts & opinions to be heard, they are not the company for you.
