      Pros

      A lovely little factory with some kind and genuine people in it, sadly they are not organized. There is often a reliance on sacking or threatening to sack people who aren't playing the game. The product is excellent however the people management and lack or resource management let this place down.

      Working for the European team was amazing Autonomy Good remuneration

      The last 4 years the retention has dropped, the team focus is falling away and the companys drive is becoming like Samsung. Its unfortunate because its its the people that made this brand
