      Great products, great marketing, long history of dominating their markets

      Cons

      They've fallen so far from what they say their 'culture and values' are, there is no connection between the product teams and the sales teams, which makes progress nearly impossible. Years of poor decisions have created a work environment that will continue to suffer until major changes are made to the ELT.
