Pros

Wide access to extended learning programs; flexible hours. Employees are highly trusted. Staff coach readily available and on hand. Excellent IT department. Challenging job roles.

Cons

Pay could be better. You really have to speak up to get noticed. Some departments are run in a chaotic fashion, leading to inefficiency.

Pros

Logos is a growing organization, has incredibly talented employees, does meaningful and exciting work, and offers a very flexible work environment. If you work hard and bring significant value, the compensation is very competitive.

Cons

There's always a lot going on Logos. As a result, sometimes it's not clear what the priorities are, and it can be easy to get spread too thin or overwork, if you're not careful.
