Pros

-The culture: in addition to more traditional "honesty" and "openness," the culture includes ideas like "elegance" and "shipping." The culture is not just a list of slogans but the real underlying values by which we operate. -The sales department has struck a balance between competition and cohesion, incentive and teamwork better than any I have seen before.

Cons

-Since the staff is made up exclusively of humans, it is not perfect -I sometimes think we do too many different projects at the same time, some of them a bit of a stretch from our core strengths -- but maybe I'm missing something and this is the right way to pilot the next major area of growth

One of the best Companies that I have ever worked for.

Pros

-I have been working for Logos over 5 years and still love it. -I work for the Sales department members of the Team are like my extended family. -the pay is excellent and you get great bonuses, they are aware when you work the extra mile and compensate you accordingly. -I fully trust my Manager, he has been my Teacher for several years and always has time for me when I need him. -The Company spends to much money in having so many things available for the employes, drinks, Sophisticated Coffee Machines that do all sorts of specialty drinks, Employee Lounge with all sorts of entertainment, ping pong table, huge screen TV for electronic games, a library, a Bike Center... and much more. -they also give the opportunity to your Family members to work here, something that other Companies do not allow.

Cons

The only downside that I see, is that we have several buildings because we have grown so much.

How Things Look From a Current Sales Person

Pros

-Growing company with many opportunities on the horizon. -Fair pay (Anywhere between 50K and 72K depending on your sales) -Great personal health benefits -Caring manager (He has been nothing but caring for my personal welfare and success at the company) -Sales force that cares about the team rather than individuals (A rare thing in sales)

Cons

-Cap on commission (discourages the top sales guys from pushing further) -No employer-covered health benefits for dependents
