Pros

Wonderful co-workers, great work-life balance, incredible mission. I believe we are well positioned for success and growth. Our customers and teammates are passionate about our product and growing in the word.

Cons

No genuine cons. Lots of change the past few years which can be difficult to navigate but is part and parcel with running a business and transforming an organization.

Exciting mission and aspiration to reach more people New CEO is very strong and huge advocate for the mission, culture and customer Really passionate employees that truly care about our customers Flexible work life balance Significant investment in new technology and platform to improve the product

Cons

We struggle with prioritization and often try to do more than we have capacity. There can be silos across the company, which folks are actively trying to break down, but more could be done. Sometimes, there is more process than we need - we could find ways to bring back the start-up mindset.

Ever-changing, but heading in the right direction

Pros

I've seen real change in the last year and a half. We're gaining momentum. The work is hard, and managing work-life balance has been a challenge, but it is rewarding. I'm grateful to work somewhere the company and its customers deeply care about its mission. Logos is owned by private equity. Some people have ominous opinions about private equity but they've been supportive and have helped guide us to a path of growth.

Cons

There's been some turnover at the executive level. However, the new CEO is humble and has a posture and desire of wanting to learn and lean on his team.
