Pros

Logos has finally figured out how to both do great business and grow the company and inspire its people with its mission. I'm so excited to be part of the direction of our new CEO and to see how he is restoring our culture.

Cons

We've gone through some rough times lately and a ton of changes that were hard and really hurt our culture. Thankfully, we have been on a new path for the last several months and I have never been more excited to work here.
