      LCS provides a good work environment at the office and at home. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      A hybrid schedule is offered, but there is still limited flexibility. Can sometimes take a long time to move up within the company.

      Company works hard to create a pleasant but productive work environment. Beautiful campus, and overtime is rare.

      We are not currently able to visit the office because of Covid

      Pros

      A relaxed and friendly work environment in a beautiful building on a beautiful campus. Very flexible with scheduling and commute type.

      Cons

      When I left there was no guaranteed remote work, you still had to come into the office on specific days. This an incredibly minor con however!
