Pros

There are no pros for working here. I would never recommend that a friend or colleague join me at this institution.

Cons

Everyone is a "yes man". The culture is such that no one makes a decision without checking with their boss first. Its an environment where employees are afraid to be held accountable. Everyone is constantly looking over their shoulder and afraid to upset a status quo that does not benefit them anyway. This "institution" is a joke.

Pros

The institution is going down the drain.

Cons

Theoretically, this was once a fine University. That no longer appears to be the case.

Pros

Great working environment. Working with great staff and faculty. The area in Brooklyn is great as well!

Cons

Compensation is not provided enough. No room for growth.
