If you love the field of education, as I do, you will be able to have a very fulfilling position here. Many people here are easy and pleasant to work and the students are wonderful people who appreciate your work. However, if you need money to survive - you won't find it here.

Cons

The pay and opportunities for advancement are miserable and I would even dare say - quite unfair. There are no rewards for advancing your education which seems hypocritical at an educational institution.
