Pros

The hours are pretty flexible and if you work weekends it's really empty so it's great time to study.

Cons

It's very loud and crowded during the busiest hours so it's really hard to even do your job because no one's really listening.

Pros

I enjoy getting to help students throughout their college journey. I also enjoy having the independence to schedule out my day. There are lots of opportunities to learn new things and work with different departments.

Cons

Procedures, policies, and rules are constantly changing and never clearly stated.

Pros

Some of the few things I value the most at LIU is working with all students and parents and my fellow co-workers. I absolutely love the campus visually it is beautiful and peaceful.

Cons

Communication, additional staff, working pro-actively than reactively .
