Pros

I like helping students meet their goals. There are good people (who want to help students) working here. Co-workers are your family away from home here.

Cons

Employee morale; training opportunities; outside professional development opportunities

Pros

Beyond job satisfaction, there’s a deep sense of purpose -helping students succeed and witnessing their growth and achievements is incredibly fulfilling. Helping students and families learn about us and the process is very rewarding.

Cons

Continue to support students through great communication and continuing to update our facilities to stay on top of technology changes.

Pros

I enjoy the commute to work and do not have to travel daily very far. This is definitely a great perk that promotes a good work life balance. Once I arrive at work, the campus is beautiful . There are beautiful trees, flowers, old and new building. There are nice walking trails and stables. Entry level and secondary level staff work very hard and support each other. I feel like staff become like family

Cons

I feel there is salary inequity within a title. There is little to no salary increases even though additional tasks are assigned. There are not enough staff to handle the workload. It would be greatly improved if there were more staff, and existing staff felt valued through pay increases.
