Working in a small store it's easy to make friends and know everyone you work with.

Cons

Getting paid next to nothing to get yelled at by people because you have to cook their food is not fair. Our cook times go up to 5 minutes and some people just think that yelling makes it cook faster. Way too much stress for the low pay.
