Great store manager made a great experience

Pros

I had a wonderful store manager who made the whole experience worth while. I worked there through college and got hours I needed for decent pay.

Cons

They stopped giving bonuses to employees who were used to them.

Descent hours, fun people to work with. Typical fast food environment. Overall a descent experience.

Cons

Grease burns, lazy managers, managers were rather ineffective. This could be one of the reasons the business seems to be decreasing.
