Pros

Steady pay is good but the long hours away sometimes cripple that benefit. You get to meet a lot of people.

Cons

Long hours, weekends, nights. Spending way too much time at work away from my kids. That you can't get back or make up.

Pros

They don't get a lot of business so at most if you're a cashier you work 30 hours a week., which is great for students. The food is amazing, and 50% off is too, I love the regulars. Basic fast food job but half the business of popular chains Plenty of room to move up in the company.. I just didn't want it.

Cons

Franchise owners suck and are cheap. Maintenance is largely neglected, and a lot of repair and maintenance work is expected to be paid for and done by employees. Higher ups use fear and threats to get their employees to do their jobs. Customers also suck ass... except the nice ones. But that's customer service anywhere.

Pros

Great place to work for a first job. Friendly management and coworkers. Flexible hours. Much better than any other fast food place I have worked at.

Cons

Low pay, as expected. Sometimes team members don't really pull their own weight and management lets it slide.
