Flexible work hours, lots of opportunity for professional growth, ability to telecommute (depending on the position, this may be more or less applicable to each specific case), compensation in line with market rates, career-life planning process helps define goals and stay on track, enlightened senior management with long term focus and open door policy

Cons

Work-life balance is not always there. Focus on billable hours can hurt quality and internal collaboration. In some cases the internal processes are not strong enough to support smooth operations.

A company that cares about their good people.

Pros

Treat employees like people. Very considerate of family's and core values. Flexible, and good compensation plan.

Cons

Mass layoffs when times get tough. Purging the weak ones if you will. Some agree with it, some do not. This can be a pro if you use it to motivate yourself to become one of the best.
