Good environment. Nice people and company.

Raises only come when billable rate increases. Not alot of upward mobility if you are not senior staff.

Thank you for the time you took to post this review. We aim to offer increases on an annual basis to all employees and have consistently delivered on this through the years we have been in business. We value all positions held within our company, and believe career progression can look different for everyone, and that progression isn't always about upward vertical movement. Through our Career Life Planning process we aim to make sure all individuals have the opportunity to progress their careers in a way that is personally fulfilling for them.

Caution, not for everyone

Pros

As with many companies, there are some great people.

Cons

Incentive pay is a sham, no one can give you a straight answer on how its calculated. If you challenge the norm you get blacklisted very quickly, only the "chosen" few succeed. Annual pay increase are decided by the branch management behind closed doors and yes it's a popularity contest and not based the quality or quantity of work you did throughout the year. The head office is filled with clones. Reviews on this site are monitored and when a negative review is written other positive ones are written to falsely maintain the review rating. Imagine what the true rating would be... In short... I did not experience the "no regrets career" and I didn't see many who did.
