Ok company to work for, biggest con is the high school mentality that exists there

Well funded training Not too process heavy Free food Good Xmas party Core culture is young and fun Good career advancment for those employees that are "popular" - meritt doesn't usually matter here

Cons

Advancement is based on how well liked an employee is Aloung with the fun young culture comes a high school like mentality Culture at LongView is very different than most client cultures Some technical resources experience rapid career growth - if they are lucky (a boarder breadth of experience) Some members of management are very effective others are not but if they are well liked nothing is done If you are not well liked but still do a good job your career growth is limited They will not give you a raise if you are doing a good job, you need to demand one

Free (Cheap ) food Free drinks Fun holiday party .... seriously nothing else as Pros...

Cons

No qualified management It`s all about managers and nothing about their employers You are left on your own and they will just put a lot of work on you, they also ask you to day no but if you do then they treat with disrespect It`s like a brotherhood at the end For training, you have to be friends with someone and not earn it You need to be a boot licker to gain respect and not cauz of your technical skills
