Pros

Good Benefits, Nice People. There are some very great opportunities for learning and advancement.

Cons

Most "promotions" come with more responsibilities but no money. Documentation and process is poor to non-existent , so sometimes it feels like you have to reinvent the wheel for every job. Much of the management seems to make decisions just for the sake of making decisions.

Great co workers that you will work with and no they aren`t in the management Free Junk Lunch and free pop You Can see all type of Gears and touch each technology Perfect environment for Junior and also for people that aren`t qualified (You will not get fired if you are too dumb)

Cons

Manager/Employer mentality No after hour pay Work like a dog No recognition for your work You pay the salary for bunch of useless people specially management

team events catered lunch above average compensation flexible great training program great co workers Top notch employer. You get out what you put in, work hard, get good results, make the clients happy, speak up and network inside and outside the company, make use of training, keep skills up to date, and you will enjoy working for this company. Different branches should have different review categories, but this is how it is in the Vancouver branch. Those that are not enjoying employment here are not doing what I mentioned above and are cutting yourselves short. This company is for the entrepreneurial go getter type. If you like going to the same desk 9-5, then heading home to watch tv for the night and not improving yourself this is not the company for you. Trust me I have worked for many different employers enterprise to small-medium and have pretty much seen it all.

Cons

at times you can be left out in the wild to fend for yourself if you don't speak up. out of touch with company information since you are usually not at head office but at client sites most of your day
