Bonus not enough to keep the best Overtime not compensated Weak managers Ratio of consultants to supervisor/manager too high Managers are either weak or stretched too thin with CLP and other jobs Need more soft skills training Consultants starting to look around or go off on their own

Great People Good Team Work Willingness to help clients

Cons

Sr. Management is out of touch with actual events occuring within organization. Sales Team takes precedence over all others including Key consultants (this negatively effects overall collaboration and the end result to the clients) Over time is expected, but not rewarded.

the people - everyone is open and willing to do waht is needed. the values of Long View they live it.

Cons

hard to move from billable to management, Training is getting more and more difficult to receive. compensation for extra hours worked/ overtime - there is no incentive to put in extra hours.
