Lots of challenging and exciting work. Create work environment with incredible team members to work with. Always feel like management is there to support us.

Cons

Lots going on all the time - could us a little more downtime.

Decent Company to work for

Pros

Good culture and people. Company puts an effort into being fair and promoting equality. Has many employee resource groups that educate, support, and encourage Employees to have a healthy environment to work in. Decent benefits and support network.

Cons

Some internal politics gets in a way. Not the best pay in the industry but not the worst either. Even though the company encourages internal promotions and internal employee growth, it is sometimes overshadowed by lack of resources and/or opportunities, and management's decisions to keep their staff where they are as they are too valuable to lose.
