We're really happy to hear you think Long View is a great company to get your start in IT - training is something that is a large component of our culture at Long View, and we're glad you've been able to get some value out of our training offerings. Since you have indicated you are still a current employee of Long View, we'd like to encourage you to go speak with your People Services department in your branch so we can understand more about your thoughts around management choices and poor team moral on a more detailed level so we can see what we can do about making some changes that will have an impact. We appreciate your insight in that Long View can be unorganized at times - we have gone through a lot of change in the last few years, but we are working continuously to streamline areas in which we saw a need for improvement.
