Pros

RSP contributions are excellent and a great way to kick off savings or to be rolled into first time home-buyers. There are some truly fantastic people at Long View and they have an excellent community. A great starting point for those just entering the industry.

Cons

Compensation is mediocre in most roles unless you are working in sales. Work-life balance in non-existent in more senior technical roles. Tendency to over promise and underdeliver to land clients and project work. Despite quarterly CLP program Career advancement takes years when it should take months. Appeasement and empty promises are common among some of the upper management. Frequent restructuring to support teams mean there is little consistency for who manages/oversees clients.
