Pros

- 3 weeks Vacation to start and ability to bank stats to use throughout the year - lots of free training and certificate opportunities - supportive managers who help guide career progression

Cons

- worked exclusively on client sites so there can feel a lack of engagement with other LVS teams - Most of my day to day workflow is either web or app based so it would be nice to have the option to chose a MacBook Pro instead of a clunky PC.

Pros

-Lower-level leadership staff are great -Always dealing with current technologies -Tons of diversity and inclusion initiatives -A very strong sense of their core values and culture

Cons

-Raises do not keep up with the cost of living. Very low raises have been offered for the last few years to technical staff while executives give themselves large raises to show their average raise is keeping up with inflation. -Executives are completely out of touch with their staff, particularly IGS -Forced return to office is a terrible idea, especially for an IT company -Time tracking for IGS staff is a nightmare and creates a ridiculous amount of stress on staff. As does on-call expectations -IGS is so overworked and burning out, there's a reason most staff aren't retained for longer than a few years in IGS
