Nice people, engaging, and generally nice.

Cons

Too much process filled with bean counters who just want to count beans! Administrative folks not practical or on top of things, making many many SIMPLE mistakes. Very odd bonus structure for folks that don't drive production/install.

Allows for work and schedule flexibility. Strong leadership in engineering and asset management. Matching 401k plan.

Cons

Top level management is all male. Strategy of company is not always clear. No paid parental leave.
