Flexible schedule, no special skills needed, a small discount on private label products , a chance for promotion if your agreeable to there needs, no input or questions asked, willing learn retail from a booklet

Cons

Working conditions -terrible, stores understaffed, underpaid , upper management not trained well in how to retail successfully every store is in a neighborhood setting But doesn't fulfill the needs of the neighborhood cookie design of the stores

I don't have any cons about the job. It was always a good experience working there. I was only part-time too so I didn't have any problems.
