Great place to be a pharmacy tech

Pros

Most of their business is delivery, so the pharmacy is never as slammed as say, CVS. It's a smaller pharmacy and the CEO is very hands on. If you work hard, you get noticed and rewarded. This is a nice feeling.

Cons

Small company! So if you mess up or call out a lot, people know and it doesn't work out well for you.
