Great people to work with, but the customers can be a bit too much

Great employees/coworkers, lots of hours available, very flexible vacation days, and discounts on everyday groceries are nice!

Cons

Often understaffed, as a result some people are overworked and stay behind far past their clock out, the customers can be often too much for the small locations

Great people to work for/with. Managers are very supportive to their employees and treat everyone with a great deal of compassion.

Cons

There are no real cons to working for Long's. Everyone is always very kind and caring. The customers are also usually happy people and very friendly.
