Pros

- Great coworkers who are incredibly smart, supportive, and kind - Lots of opportunities to have ownership and impact in the company and on the product - Great leaders who prioritize loommates and lead with transparency - An impactful product that is helping people work remotely and asynchronously

Cons

As Loom is a fast-growing startup, there are the expected growing pains, but the company is transparent, open to feedback, and continues to adapt.

Pros

Great autonomy and trust from the team as well as flexibility of work-life balance. The leadership team is relatively young but show poise in their actions and words and have deep empathy which is all you can ask for. Transparency is also a big thing and crucial for a remote-first company and makes it all the more easier to buy into the mission and own it.

Cons

More guidance/resources around remote work would be convenient for employees
