Pros

- Amazing team, very low ego, remote first - Fast growing space in light of more companies embracing remote, distributed work - Competitive salary, benefits and perks, remote flexibility

Cons

- Like most younger companies, the review and formal feedback process isn't fully established, so you have to be proactive about getting feedback from your manager

Pros

-People first attitude across the entire company -Supportive of a healthy workplace, responsive to feedback to improve if given -challenging and fast-paced environment -this is a company that has the chance to change lives, and I get to be apart of that

Cons

-With a split remote / in-office environment, there will always be room to improve on communication
