Cash Management segment of business: New facility. New equipment. Leaders work as hard as any employee.

Cons

High turnover. Fluctuating workforce as a consequence of major customers acquired or lost. Few opportunities for meaningful career development or advancement.

Pros

If you like processing accounts, its an assembly job just working with money.

Cons

Work like a robot to get as many processes per hour with accuracy. Training is not from management your fellow tellers train you. No over time when slow after the New Year less than 40 hours. They send you home early by the end of the week.

Loomis provides a steady paycheck. The work is varied so it doesn;t get boring.

Cons

agree wholehearted about the lack of support from any management at Loomis. ost of these people have no mgmt. training and where they recruit their managers from is a source of amazement to me!
