Company supports diversity. Understands upper management must be on the front lines for the plant to feel their importance.

Cons

Alot of hours are required. Sanitation is a must on holidays even though the rest of the plant is able to be off.

Treated like a kid, never know when your going to get off. Everyone treats everyone like crap. No communication
