      Pros

      Very good benefits package. Corporate policy was very family friendly. Good company to work for and lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Top notch producer, very food safety oriented and great quality assurance.

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes required. Even though the corporate policy was very family friendly, there were occasional supervisors who did not follow that policy in the way they treated certain employees.
