      Pros

      A pro is that there is a lot of support and great staff to help transition into the workforce.

      Cons

      A con is that many times there are no NAs, short staffed and sometimes morale is low due to conditions. You are also required to work 4 days in one week, once a month to make sure you meet the 40 hour work weeks. It is hard to have to work 4-5 days in one week in order to make up for the 4 hours we miss on normal weeks of 36 hours.
