If your out on medical leave for a year and your doctor don't release you back in time to return to work they will fire you and you loose all your seniority, benefits, health insurance etc and you have to reapply all over again as a new applicant and start at the bottom go threw training all over again. If your doctor say you can return but with limitation they will not find you any work in the company ( light duty) and you will still be fired. Also they want let you move up because inside people put there family members up there in high positions so you can forget management positions even though you have the experience to do it. You want move up anywhere in the company unless your there at least 5 years, good attendance record etc

Difficult to get work done. Silos keep departments from working together, they almost seem to distrust/hate each other. Not very much fun to be had in the agency.
