Good Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and Co-workers. Benefits and 401K. Work-life balance.

Cons

Low pay for the industry/department. Other companies have you at $23 to $25 an hour for the same or less work.

Glamorous company on the outside. People care a lot about the Hollywood Bowl. Community work.

Cons

Out of touch management. Lack of career discussions. Long hours with no support or relief. Expectations to do 3 people’s jobs for a small salary’s while leadership make at least triple the amount and is not present for their team.
