Pros

Decent salary and benefits, supportive and hard-working colleagues

Cons

Chaos at the top, constant management turnover, failure among many managers to appreciate and listen to experienced employees. It became hard to get anything done because of the turmoil. Bosses were too busy worrying about their own futures to deal with their staff.
