Pros

During my time working for the LA Times, I enjoyed the collaborative environment and networking opportunities.

Cons

While I enjoyed the collaborative environment, I found obstacles when I explored opportunities for growth and the possibility for promotions. During that time, the LA Times was owned by Tribune. Due to their well documented bankruptcy, there were major structural changes happening during that time.
