      I consider it a privilege working be here. Those who don't, cannot see the forest through the trees.

      It's Louis Vuitton, how can there be. They set their standards high and have every right to do so. Our clientele deserves the best of the best.

      Unfortunately, there are no pros...none.

      Cons

      I am going to get straight to the point…don’t do it! This is the worst company I have ever worked for and I have worked for luxury brands before. The management team is horrible, there is no support and no one is held accountable for their actions. Cons: • There is NO consistency so you can never take what they do or say seriously. • The bonus structure is laughable. • Your schedule will be all over the place. • The stores and client services are not on the same page. • Your personal space is not yours. • Growth? No such thing It is very pretty on the outside but insanely rotten on the inside.

      Great company overall! At corporate level that is.

      Cons

      Retail managers are superficial and do not care about work life balance. They will schedule you to close at 10 and then open at 8 the next day. They will offend, micromanage and demean advisors.
