Benefits for FT employees, exceptional training for new hires

Cons

Commission rate sucks(0.2%-4%) 0.20% on commonly sold canvas literally pennies 😡, high sales goals average $175k/month if you miss 2 or 3 consecutive months you’re let go. They hire outside of LV for individuals willing to do more work for less pay, competitive hourly rate (someone in same position as you can potentially be making $2-3 more per hour than you)

besides the fact when you may go out to sign your name to a lease, finance documents, dr appt, etc & tell people you are employed by LV & they get all surprised by it...other than that, personally there is none.

Cons

FAVORITISM at its finest at this place! must kiss the directors you know what (senior manager is his bff & they talk behind your back), RTA finally work home, but before that it was a pain dealing with them daily, management turnover is just as high as the people who sit on the floor with headsets on listening to these aristocratic annoying & entitled clients! repairs are constant on LV merchandise because it’s just thrown together & highly overpriced. I’ve never worked in an environment that had so many people out on “mental health” leaves it’s ridiculous.
