Strong culture and people are generally 'nice'. BOH guys seemed more relaxed and friendly than the sales people on shop floor. Senior staff generally helpful in terms of teaching however you do need some prior experience to be able to adapt quickly with the stock system (physical and computer). Team work load

Cons

Not much career progression. Work can be very systematic, I saw guys stuck in BOH for 10+ years doing the same thing day in day out.
