Disappointing - from best to worst work-life balance

It has always been exciting to work with an amazing product that is revolutionary, fun, and intuitive. You really get to let your personality and creativity flourish, which has always been important to me.

Cons

HQ has greatly declined in their use of communication through their numerous multiple-times-a-week changes, on how the company operates, within the past year. Those of us on the front-lines are responsible for rolling with the punches, but instead of an invited challenge to be better, it's turned into boxing with an invisible man. Not only that this invisible man has become very disrespectful and degrading in what used to be a "we got your back" family-style camaraderie. It used to be a place for the entrepreneurial spirit, not anymore.

I have worked for many types of companies. The work environment Lovesac creates is unmatched. The company is there for you when you need it and also there to push you to be the best you can be. The work/life ratio is great too. Being able to have flexible schedules and do things with your family is great. Room to advance in the company is HUGE!!! With the company growing as much as it is, new stores needs experienced people that have the drive to succeed. So as long as you are not lazy, you will be noticed and options will be available. Between the awesome things Lovesac is doing. Meeting people and having them let you into their lives are great. Knowing you are helping people and getting excited is always fun and a great place to be. I will be with Lovesac for a very long time. We are at a great growing position and my career with a fun company will last for a very long time.

Cons

There is none really that I can complain about. If you need something, everyone is there to help you out. EVERYONE!!!.

Amazing product I can stand behind. Continually growing and training. Recognizing honest, hard work, and drive and rewarding it. Communicative and encouraging on the things team members are truly good at.

Cons

Lots of change and it happens very quickly. Still can be a pro because that keeps it interesting, fresh, and dynamic.
